• Instagram Handle (provided by you)
• Verification Messages (when you send a code to our Instagram account)
• Basic Account Information (such as email, if you sign up)

We do not collect:

• Your Instagram password
• Private Instagram data beyond messages sent to us

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Verify that you own the Instagram account you provide
• Prevent fake accounts and impersonation
• Enable collaborations between creators and brands
• Maintain platform security and integrity

3. Instagram Data Usage

Collabex uses Instagram’s API (via webhooks) only to:

• Receive messages sent to our official Instagram account (@_collabex_)
• Match verification codes with user accounts

We do not access or store any additional Instagram data.

We do not sell or rent your data.

We may share data only:

• If required by law
• To protect our platform from fraud or abuse

• Verification messages and codes may be stored temporarily for verification
