• Spam or harass other users
• Misuse the platform for fraudulent collaborations

5. Platform Role

Collabex:

• Facilitates connections between creators and brands
• Is not responsible for agreements, payments, or disputes between users

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent behavior is detected

7. Limitation of Liability

Collabex is not liable for:

• Losses from collaborations
• Third-party actions
